'Noise Pollution' awareness campaign at Vardhaman English Medium School and Junior College in Pune by Nisarg Srishti Welfare Foundation
The event, organized by team member and Event Manager- Shri Rajendra Kulkarni, was a significant step towards raising awareness about noise pollution among young students. Mrs. Neena Singh, Project Head of the NSW Foundation, delivered an engaging and informative talk on the subject.
The event was warmly supported by Principal Mrs. Sonali Malani, and saw enthusiastic participation from 80 students.
Additionally, Mr. Somesh Prem - Founder of the Green Life Foundation, joined the event with us. GreenLife Foundation is non profit organisation encourages tribal students from low income families situated at Satara, Bhor, Pune, AhilyaNagar, Kolhapur for education by providing educational kits to them.
This collaboration underscored the importance of community involvement in addressing environmental challenges. Together, the organizations and participants contributed to a successful and impactful campaign.
Our Story
The Foundation's dedication to environmental advocacy further manifested through a dynamic competition addressing the pressing issue of noise pollution. Over 100 enthusiastic students enthusiastically participated, showcasing their creativity and concern for the environment. The competition served as a platform for young minds to express their perspectives on noise pollution and propose innovative solutions. Acknowledging their commendable efforts, the Foundation awarded first, second, and third prizes, accompanied by thoughtful gifts and certificates, to deserving winners. This recognition not only celebrates their achievements but also serves as an encouragement to continue their endeavors in championing environmental stewardship.
